Not Safe For Work -It is good that you don't know what that means. Those are the links that I don't click on in the climbing forums.
You could contact the origional poster and I'm sure that she could send you a copy of it. I'm still figuring it all out. There has to be a way to download it to your HD. I still haven't figure out how to post it as imbedded instead of a link either.
I had to do this for a video that Crystal used in one of her school presentation. Not sure if this is the exact method I used but seems to be a good starting point.
