Thanksgiving
What are you thankful for and why?
Ecclesiastes 4:12 "if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart." This blog is a forum for 3 of the Paris brothers to discuss stuff. Everyone is welcome to join in the discussion--in the abundance of counselors there is victory -Proverbs 11:14

I am thankful for my family and my wife. We were just talking about this the other day, our family is unique in that mom and dad are on there first marriage and all of our children are from that marriage. Praise God.
I am also thankful for my health. I have good friends who are not as blessed.
Is it too late to weigh in on this one?
I am thankful for my family as well. I fit the category that C4C mentioned above -- that is awesome. But God has taken me down some really crzy paths as of late that I am not sre where they are going. I am thankful for the settling nature of sovereignty. That is sure to sound super-spiritual but I really men it. God's got the plan and is working the plan and is completeing it in me. I am thankful taht he is not done with me yet!
It is never too late to be thankful. I have been coming back to Romans 8 over and over again. I am beginning to think of it as the mt everest of Bible chapters. The sufferings of this present time can't compare to the glory that will be revieled!
