I guess he gets this better than me. I wept at my own whining over much less hardship. Thanks for finding this and not keeping it to yourself.
I just talked with a dear lady from our flock that has a family that is bleeding her dry financially and abusing her mentally/verbally. Oh what a glorious ease God has granted me!
Father, forgive my ingratitude about how I live here in this place. You have gone ahead of me and planned out my steps. You know my downsitting and my uprising. I acknowledge your hand in all my ways, I do not lean on my own pea-nut butter brain nor its understanding of what I see. You are God alone. And you are sovereign. Amen.
That was shared with me by a friend who has a daughter with the same disease and has already had a daughter die from it. God knows that I am not capable of the faith required to handle that type of suffering yet.
Father, I echo my brothers prayer for forgiveness for my lack of gratefulness for Your abundant blessings on me and my family. May I live tomorrow and the rest of my days mindfull of Your sovereignty and goodness in my life. Amen.
